a small portion of things never change
but a lot of things change through time
people who you used to call a friend, someone to rely on, share your experiences and feeling
with the cruelty of time
they become just another person who you knew or at one point in life thought you did
this immense change makes it seem like the past you had with them was just a dream
those vivid memories you once knew were real
becomes an afterthought to some
when time betrays you
how so can there be forever?
